The Client Care Associate plays a crucial role in informing customers about their forthcoming service needs, managing recalls, and organizing appointments. This position is centered around exceptional customer service, emphasizing effective communication and support for our clients.

The Client Care Center Associate's responsibilities include advising customers on their service needs and scheduling appointments. This role is purely focused on customer care, with no sales or commission elements involved. If you are passionate about providing excellent service, this position is ideal for you.

This role primarily operates remotely; however, occasional onsite attendance may be necessary.

Work hours are set from 7:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Hourly Wage Range: $16.80 – $19.70

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Informing customers about their upcoming service needs and scheduling appointments accordingly.
  • Efficiently managing workload to ensure productive customer interactions.
  • Providing accurate updates to customers regarding the status of their inquiries.
  • Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary.
  • Upholding confidentiality of customer information.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business by addressing their needs.
  • Collaborating with dealerships to meet customer requirements effectively.
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions in relevant systems.
  • Communicating effectively to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Performing additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is an asset.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Previous experience in a customer-centric role, with the ability to understand diverse perspectives.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong technical aptitude and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities.
