Job Summary

We are seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our candidate pool. As a UX Researcher, you will facilitate clients in driving change and delivering value using customer insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct primary and secondary UX research to inform design decisions
  • Translate research insights into actionable recommendations for Service Design, UX, and UI design
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of accessibility and usability principles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value across the design lifecycle
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and design
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of consistent professional experience in the design field
  • At least 2 years of experience conducting primary and secondary UX research
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
  • Relevant degree and/or professional certification
  • Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Mockflow, Miro, etc.
  • A valid work permit to work in Canada, if not a Citizen or Permanent Resident
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with the Canadian Federal Government
  • Active security clearance to work for the Canadian Federal Government
  • Bilingual (French and English)
