Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Shop Manager to join our team at PAYAL BEAUTY HEIGHTS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our beauty salon, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Direct and control daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Staff Management
    • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
    • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote the salon's services.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Maintain sales records for inventory control and ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
