About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our team members to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our customer's needs.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our staff improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, and that our customers receive a positive experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to help us make informed business decisions.
Work Environment

As a Shift Manager at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc, you will work in a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
