Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Swan Spa Massage. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients, provide information, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-up.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provide support and guidance to newcomers and refugees, helping them navigate our services and policies.
- Support for Indigenous People: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities to Indigenous workers, promoting a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
