About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at 10089190 Manitoba Ltd. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Housekeeping Tasks: Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls and ceilings.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry: Launder clothing and household linens.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 35 to 40 hours per week.
