Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Child and Youth Worker to join our team at COGNITIA Healthcare Technologies Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to children and youth, as well as their families, to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behaviour management programs to support children and youth in achieving their full potential.
  • Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs, and provide guidance and support to help them overcome challenges.
  • Prepare reports and case histories to document client progress and provide recommendations for future support.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and healthcare providers, to provide comprehensive support to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social work or child and youth care.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience working with children and youth.
  • Permanent full-time position, 30 hours per week.
  • Fluent English language skills.
