About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Old Winery Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's commitment to quality and creativity.

Team Management

Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food production.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to maintain efficient kitchen operations.

Quality Control

Inspect and taste dishes to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Customer Service

Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Work Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
