Restaurant Operations Manager

Rozzini's Restaurant Cafe is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations and Logistics: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that all customers receive exceptional service.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
