About the Role

A-1 Window Mfg. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Answer and direct telephone calls and messages
    • Respond to electronic enquiries and correspondence
  • Record Keeping and Data Management
    • Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Office Operations
    • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
