Cashier Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cashier Supervisor to join our team at Rikas Grocers Ltd. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient restocking procedures.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize store performance.
- Store Operations: Perform opening and closing activities, including cash handling and security procedures.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.
