Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Recruiting Concepts Inc. as a Product Development Representative. This is a full-time, salaried position based in Hamilton, Ontario, and will involve working in-office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of new products, working closely with the Engineering Team to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Administration, and Production, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage customer orders, inventory, and pricing, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with the President and GM to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and product development, with a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in ERP systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
