About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our housekeeping team as a Light Duty Cleaner. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel, motel, and resort facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Housekeeping: Make beds, change sheets, stock linen closets, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Support Services: Pick up debris, empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, shop for food and household supplies, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Guest Services: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
