Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our team at goeasy. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers across Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our customers, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
- Pre-Approved Loans: Perform outbound or take inbound calls to offer pre-approved personal loans that match our customers' needs.
- Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and requests through various channels, including telephone, chat, and email.
- Issue Resolution: Identify customers' needs and efficiently resolve inquiries, taking accountability to solve issues from start to finish.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services and products.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and French is required.
- Customer Service Experience: 1-year experience in inbound customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Financial Services Background: A financial services background is an asset.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is necessary.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills are required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is necessary.
- Availability: Full-time availability to work in our head office is required.
