About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at TAKO SUSHI & RAMEN RESTAURANT LIMITED. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and place them in storage areas.
  • Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit, and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Storage and Inventory: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Housekeeping: Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
