Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at Delta Hotels Thunder Bay. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain food logs and monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared.
  • Communicate with the Chef and Food & Beverage service staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and food safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of related work experience in a fast-paced culinary environment.
  • Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
