Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwich & Salads. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate food preparation and service activities to meet customer demands.
  • Supervise and train staff on food preparation, presentation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
  • Ensure food and service quality meet our high standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance.
  • Supervise and inspect food preparation and presentation.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Dynamic work environment with varying shifts and tasks.
Requirements
  • 1-6 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Full-time employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35-40 hours of work per week.
