About the Role

T2 Systems is a leading provider of parking, mobility, and transportation solutions in North America. We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, addressing their technical issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of technical procedures and solutions.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Work closely with our development team to identify and prioritize technical issues and implement solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the parking industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with a focus on problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Oracle-based products and SQL is a plus.
