Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client requests and ongoing activities.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients on daily inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate changes to account information and signatures.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and direct them to appropriate partners.
  • Support assigned clients, Cash, and Relationship Managers in Commercial Banking.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a deep knowledge of cash management products and services.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities with different levels of complexity within tight deadlines.
  • Customer service experience and the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
