Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at OM MAA PRABHU INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our motel, ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed.
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
