Job Summary:

The Associate Commercial Director is responsible for driving revenue growth and sales expansion by identifying, engaging, and acquiring new clients in a designated region. This involves:

  • Creating new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and coordinating and leading sales presentations.
  • Establishing a strong connection between our products, services, and value proposition by engaging in meaningful conversations with senior IT executives within the assigned territory.
  • Achieving and surpassing predefined objectives and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior IT executives to understand their business needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of frontline sales experience in a fast-paced B2B sales setting, demonstrating a consistent history of achieving sales objectives.
  • Intellectual adaptability and inquisitiveness, with a willingness to engage in continuous learning about our products and services.
  • Exceptional communication and sales proficiency, with the ability to convey messages clearly and persuasively to both internal and external audiences.
  • Proficient active listening skills, with the ability to respond to customers in a manner that enhances mutual comprehension.
  • Organizational and time management aptitude, with the ability to efficiently oversee a range of diverse and intricate sales activities.
  • Persistence and resilience, with the ability to manage the sales process and successfully surmount setbacks and disappointments.
  • Business savvy, with the ability to leverage insights into the business landscape and information technology to effectively engage with customers.
  • Self-motivation and self-awareness, with a keen understanding of personal strengths and areas for growth.
