We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Supervisor to join our team at Best Office Inc. as a key member of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Promote Sales to Existing Clients
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue from existing clients, leveraging your expertise in equipment and technical support to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
Identify and Solicit Potential ClientsUtilize your market knowledge and industry connections to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients.
Assess Client Needs and ResourcesWork closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions, recommending the most suitable equipment and services to meet their requirements.
Deliver Sales PresentationsDevelop and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our equipment and services.
Provide Input into Product DesignCollaborate with our product development team to provide input on product design, ensuring that our equipment and services meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Consult with Clients after SaleProvide ongoing support to clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with their purchases and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Train Customers' StaffDevelop and deliver training programs to customers' staff, ensuring that they are proficient in the operation and maintenance of our equipment.
Resolve Product and Service-Related ProblemsWork closely with clients to resolve any product or service-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Troubleshoot Equipment-Related ProblemsUtilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot equipment-related problems, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure that our clients' operations run smoothly.
Supervise Activities of Other Sales SpecialistsLead and manage a team of sales specialists, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Estimate Costs of Installing and Maintaining EquipmentDevelop and provide estimates for the installation and maintenance of equipment, ensuring that our clients are aware of the costs involved and can plan accordingly.
SupervisionThe Technical Sales Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 sales specialists.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThe Technical Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work under pressure. The role will involve regular travel to client sites and may require working in physically demanding environments.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, sales, or engineering.
Experience1-2 years of experience in a sales or technical support role, preferably in the equipment industry.
LanguageFluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Hours30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as required.
