Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at 9520635 CANADA INC. as a Vice President of Human Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives, including talent management, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Leadership Development: Design and deliver leadership development programs to enhance the skills and abilities of senior leaders and managers.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction, including recognition and reward programs.
  • Change Management: Lead and facilitate organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and cultural transformations.
  • HR Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders, managers, and employees.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and other HR software applications.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
