Sales Account Manager

Overview of Daily Responsibilities
- Assist both new and current clients by providing tailored suggestions for necessary products and services.
- Foster loyalty among existing clients by cultivating robust relationships and delivering exceptional customer support.
- Utilize various online platforms of insurance partners to finalize client applications.
- Generate quotes for new business through proactive outreach and in-person consultations.
- Engage with Underwriters from insurance companies to ensure compliance with changing guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for upselling across all lines of business offered.
- Act as a liaison between clients and external insurance partners to guarantee equitable and accurate representation for all parties involved.
- Commit to ongoing personal growth through participation in industry-related activities and courses.
Skills and Qualifications
- RIBO License is mandatory.
- Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in various formats.
- Experience in managing a portfolio of clients or relevant work experience.
- Eagerness to learn new systems and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and adaptability to diverse work settings.
- A genuine passion for assisting others, self-motivated, and determined to achieve success.
Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
