Job Summary

We are looking for a Financial Services Representative to join our team of banking professionals. As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing personalized financial solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention - Meet with clients to understand their financial priorities and goals, provide guidance on financial solutions, and develop a long-term financial plan.
  • Relationship Building - Participate in marketing and outreach activities to demonstrate our commitment to our clients and community, expand your network, and collaborate with colleagues to connect clients with the right people and opportunities.
  • Technology Expertise - Develop expertise in our banking technologies and share knowledge with clients to help them better manage their financial needs.
Requirements
  • Client Focus - Prioritize client needs, communicate effectively to find solutions, and exceed expectations because it's the right thing to do.
