Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Glazier Supervisor to join our team at Blackline Aluminum Systems. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our glazing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production process to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and train a team of 5-10 glaziers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow health and safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Language: English
  • Work Environment: On-site work only, with no option for remote work
