Overview:
As a key member of the Total Plan Performance team, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive investment reporting and analysis for our fund. Your contributions will support our mission as a purpose-driven and sustainable pension plan.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the efficient collection, input, balancing, and reconciliation of data for performance measurement and exposure reporting on our Total Fund Dashboard.
2. Collaborate with investment support and finance teams to guarantee the accuracy of reporting inputs and address any valuation or accounting issues that may arise.
3. Calculate performance results and attribution factors at both the Total Fund level and for specific asset classes or business units.
4. Monitor portfolio compliance with established internal and external regulatory policies.
5. Meet all reporting deadlines on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
6. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of reporting processes.

Qualifications:
1. 2-4 years of experience in a financial institution at the Analyst level, focusing on performance and exposure reporting for investment products.
2. A solid understanding of investment performance, attribution, risk, and financial reporting issues.
3. Familiarity with various investment products, including bonds, equities, derivatives, and alternative investments such as private equity and real estate.
4. A university degree in Business, Mathematics, or a related field; CFA or CIPM designation is preferred, while CPA designation is a plus.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create advanced spreadsheets and insightful presentations.
