Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Veryk Inc. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Research and implement solutions to technical issues using user guides, technical manuals, and other resources
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts
  • Offer business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
