Overview
The Monitor Room Operator is a pivotal position within the Surveillance Department, reporting directly to the Director of Surveillance and Gaming Compliance. This role is essential in upholding the integrity of gaming operations in alignment with regulatory standards. The Monitor Room Operator is tasked with ensuring that all gaming activities are conducted with transparency, honesty, and adherence to the highest safety protocols.

Conduct thorough visual monitoring of gaming operations to detect and report any fraudulent activities. Serve as the primary contact during emergency situations. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless casino operations. Report any illegal or suspicious activities to the relevant authorities.Qualifications
Must successfully pass a criminal background check as part of licensing requirements. Proficient in verbal and written English; strong report writing skills are crucial. Maintain a high level of integrity and eligibility for an AGLC license. Exceptional communication skills are required. Proficient computer skills are necessary. Experience in casino and table games protection is advantageous. Strong mathematical skills are preferred.Work Environment
Ability to sit for extended periods. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.-
