Sales and Marketing Manager Job Description

At SpeedIn. Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and activities
  • Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for our products and services
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our brand and offerings
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Manage and direct a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our marketing and sales efforts remain competitive and effective
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
