About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to join our team at Far East North America Food (2014) Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving
    • Determine the most efficient method of shipment to meet customer needs
    • Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices
    • Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents
  • Inventory Management
    • Assemble and prepare containers and crates for shipping
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and movements
    • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with inventory
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics and supply chain operations
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
