Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver Assistant to join our team at Compassion. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients
  • Assist with shopping and errands as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of experience in a caregiving role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and punctuality
Work Environment

Our clients live in private residences, and as a Caregiver Assistant, you will work in a home-based setting. You will be required to travel to different locations and work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
