Job Title: Manager Data Standards - Quality & Governance

At Jace Holdings Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Manager Data Standards - Quality & Governance to join our team. This role is based out of our office in Mississauga, ON.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team to improve domain data through established data governance, data quality measurement, and process redesign.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer data, including behavioral and transactional data.
  • Collaborate with business teams to define data standards and policies.
  • Implement data ownership programs, including training and onboarding for new data owners.
  • Track and measure overall progress in data quality improvement and data governance.
Requirements:
  • Experience in data lifecycle management, data governance, and program delivery.
  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms and identity resolution.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure ADLS, Snowflake, and Databricks.
  • Knowledge of effective data management practices, including governance, data quality, and data engineering.
