Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at KERALA FOOD COURT INC. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute menus, estimating food requirements and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes.
  • Lead a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training on food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Inspect kitchen facilities and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Supervise inventory management, ensuring accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Organize and manage kitchen operations, including buffets and banquets, to meet customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • South Indian cuisine expertise.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Ability to work 30-44 hours per week.
