Job Summary:

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for the Accounts Payable function, working closely with the Finance team to provide support to clinic staff and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile vendor statements, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Code and assign invoices to applicable departments for approval.
  • Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve payable-related issues.
  • Maintain organized records and tracking sheets for payable-related documents.
  • Assist in implementing a paperless environment.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 education and previous Accounts Payable experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and internet.
  • Experience with a computerized accounting system.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.

What We Offer:

  • Annual salary range of $42,000-$45,000 based on experience.
  • Annual bonus opportunity.

  • 3 weeks vacation to start, increasing with tenure.
  • 6 days of personal time per year.

  • Monday to Friday schedule working 35 hours per week.
  • Hybrid working environment, 2 days in office per week.
