Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Drilling Operations Supervisor to join our team at Greenwich Marine Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers, and provide technical advice and guidance as needed.
  • Operational Excellence: Recommend measures to improve productivity, product quality, and safety of operations.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Training and Development: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
