Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support to our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating policies and procedures, updating HR systems, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the HR Manager with daily operations, including system maintenance, employee relations, and recruitment.
  • Maintain the company's Performance Management systems, including Performance Appraisal and Progressive Discipline processes.
  • Coordinate the Martinrea Orientation Model for all new employees and ensure their accurate entry into HR systems.
  • Track and update employee training records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage employee files and communication boards, maintaining a tidy and organized environment.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of best practices and strong coordination and organizational skills.
