About This Role

The Director, Corporate Asset Management is responsible for overseeing the financial performance of the global Business Aviation Training (BAT), Helicopter Aviation Training (HAT), and Maintenance Training (Mx) segments. This role requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide accurate and timely financial assessments to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and supervise a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with corporate finance management and business management teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and forecasting.
  • Manage working capital effectively, including accounts receivable and payable, to minimize bad debts and optimize cash flow.
  • Represent the corporation on partnerships and business ventures as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in finance or accounting with a recognized accounting designation (CPA).
  • 15-20 years of relevant experience in leading finance organizations as a controller and/or Director.
  • Good working knowledge of the simulation-based business and dynamics is an asset.
