Accounting Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Roadx Express Ltd.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Manage cash and bank transactions, including reconciliations and deposits.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing and record-keeping.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial reports as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
