Parts Procurement Specialist

**Job Summary**
Brandt is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Parts Person. This role is responsible for assisting customers in locating required parts, providing pricing, and completing online parts orders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in locating required parts and provide accurate pricing information
- Process online parts orders and ensure timely delivery
- Unload, receive, and store incoming parts and materials in the warehouse and yard
- Locate and ship parts and materials to customers and other branches
- Provide assistance to branch service technicians as needed
- Place inventory stock orders and make adjustments as necessary
- Accurately document and report all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information
- Operate parts and warehousing equipment and computer systems
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in the parts industry is preferred
- Solid foundation of parts and warehousing knowledge and skills
- Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset
- Ability to meet physical demands of the parts and warehousing trade
- Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
