Job Title: Release Manager (Oracle Unifier)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Release Manager with extensive experience in Oracle Unifier configuration and package management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in release management, configuration management, and package deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Oracle Unifier configuration and package deployment across multiple environments.
  • Develop and maintain a release management plan, including configuration management and package deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth release deployment and configuration management.
  • Ensure compliance with ITGC (IT General Controls) for Release and Configuration Management.
  • Manage CAB (Production Change Advisory Board) approval in accordance with TDS Change control standard.
  • Develop and maintain a configuration management plan.
  • Prepare release notes for end-users and recommendations on training requirements.
  • Track and manage configuration packages and non-configuration package changes in each environment.
  • Maintain a project catalog by environment using standard naming conventions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Oracle Unifier configuration and package management experience.
  • Well-organized and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering high-quality results.
  • CCP, CEP, PMP, or other similar designations considered an asset.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field.
