We are a reputable hospitality establishment seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, and maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting: Post journal entries, prepare trial balance of books, and reconcile accounts.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure bondable status and maintain a secure work environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work independently, manage overtime, and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate client focus, dependability, teamwork, time management, and a permanent work term.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work independently
