Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Angrish Holdings (2007) Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in our cafeteria.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffOversee and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and quality control standards are met.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and manage inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
Lead and Motivate TeamLead and motivate our team of 3-4 staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure Quality and Safety StandardsEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
Manage Budget and FinancesPrepare and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring we are operating efficiently and effectively.
Address Customer ConcernsAddress customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
Maintain Records and ReportsMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
