About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Designer to join our team at GLOBAL CHICKS IMPORTING LTD. As a Fashion Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading our design team and creating innovative and stylish fashion collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Develop and implement fashion design strategies to drive business growth and success.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of designers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
  • Product Development: Design and develop high-quality fashion products that meet client expectations and industry standards.
  • Brand Identity: Ensure that all fashion products align with the company's brand identity and aesthetic.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in fashion design.
  • Work Setting: Fashion house or retail business.
  • Art or Fashion Design Experience: High fashion - haute couture, women's clothing.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability.
