Job Summary

Integris Credit Union is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Services team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial members, identifying business opportunities, and providing expert financial advice to help them achieve their goals.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong understanding of commercial lending and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our members to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial members to understand their business needs and provide expert financial advice
  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our commercial portfolio
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our banking, insurance, and wealth management teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions to our members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our members receive the best possible advice and guidance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial lending or a related field
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial lending and financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
