Job Title: Mechanical Crane Supervisor

At Tenaris, we are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Crane Supervisor to join our team in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintainability of our equipment, while also providing technical support to our emergency crews and staff areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and supervise the execution of preventive maintenance plans to ensure systematic analysis, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide technical support to emergency crews and staff areas, ensuring the availability of technical resources and maintaining a suitable minimum stock.
  • Perform and oversee inspections in your area of responsibility, guaranteeing the application of health, safety, and environment standards and practices.
  • Support the Engineering area in researching and assessing the best equipment available, and participate in the development of maintenance information systems.
  • Act as a shift leader, coordinating schedules, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring work safety conditions.
Requirements:
  • Mechatronic or mechanical specialization.
  • Previous supervisory experience is considered a strong asset.
