Housekeeping Operations Manager

At Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Housekeeping and Laundry departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms and public areas.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments, including staff supervision and training.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of our guest rooms and public areas, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Housekeeping or related role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star property.
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with experience in staff supervision and training.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Alberta driver's license required.
