Baker Job Description

Ricks Good Eats Inc. is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 32 to 35 hours per week
  • Ability to distinguish between colours
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Hand-eye co-ordination

Work Environment:
