Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Coordinator to join our team at 2 6 8 5 9 4 2 O N T A R I O I N C. as a key member of our Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures
Administer and manage staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
Staffing RequirementsIdentify and analyze current and prospective staffing requirements to inform recruitment strategies.
Employee SupportProvide information and services to support employees, including employee assistance and counseling.
Recruitment and HiringPrepare and post job notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
Selection and Examination BoardsCo-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
Staff Training and DevelopmentDetermine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Personnel AdministrationSupervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Computer and Technology SkillsProficient in MS Windows, electronic mail, database software, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Work Environment and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Experience1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
LanguageFluent in English.
Work Schedule30 hours per week.
