Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technician to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a CAD technician, you will be responsible for creating detailed engineering designs and drawings, developing design sketches, and preparing construction specifications and estimates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare engineering designs and drawings using CAD software
  • Develop and prepare design sketches and technical reports
  • Estimate costs and materials for construction projects
  • Complete documentation packages and drawing sets
  • Examine drawings for conformity and errors
  • Consult with clients, engineers, and production specialists to establish product requirements
Requirements
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including SketchUp and AutoCAD
  • Organized and team player with excellent communication skills
